| PRÓXIMOS CONTESTES VERMONT QSO PARTY (Phone/CW/Digital) Date/Time: 0000Z February 6 [19:00 EST Friday, February 5] to 24:00Z February 7 [19:00 EST, Sunday, February 7]. This is a 48 hour period. All stations may operate the full 48 hours. Objective: To provide the opportunity for Amateur Radio Operators to contact and exchange QSO information with Vermont Amateur Radio operators in accordance with the rules of operation. Contest Exchange: Vermont stations send signal report and county. W/VE stations (including KH6/KL7) send signal report and state or province. DX stations (including KH2/KP4, etc.) send signal report and DXCC prefix. |
| DELAWARE QSO PARTY Date: February 6 and 7, 2010 Contest Period: 1700Z Saturday, February 6 until 2359Z Sunday, February 7. Object: Contact as many stations as possible on 160,80,40,20,10 and All VHF bands. Work each station once per band and mode. WARC band, Cross band and Repeater QSO's are not permitted. Suggested frequencies: Phone: 1.860, 3.960, 7.260, 14.260, 21.360, 28.360, 50.145 CW: 1.825, 3.550, 7.050, 14.050, 21.050, 28.050, 50.950 VHF - around customary calling frequencies or on simplex frequencies All Stations should operate with regard to the ARRL Band Plans. Contest Exchange: Delaware stations send signal report, county. Stations outside Delaware send signal report and state/province or DXCC country. |
| NEW MEXICO QSO PARTY Object: a. Stations inside New Mexico work anyone in as many New Mexico counties, states, Canadian provinces, and DX countries as possible. Stations outside New Mexico work only New Mexico stations in as many New Mexico counties as possible. Contest Period: a. The first Sunday of February 8:00 am MST (1500 UTC) through 8:00 pm MST (0300 UTC). Contest duration is 12 hours. Participants may operate for the entire duration of the contest. Contest Bands & Suggested Frequencies a. Contest bands: 160, 80, 40, 20, 15, 10, and 6 meters b. Contacts on WARC bands and VHF bands (above 6 meters) are not permitted. c. Suggested frequencies: i. CW: 1850, 3550, 7045, 14050, 21050, 28050 kHz and 50.095 MHz. ii. Phone: 1850, 3925, 7260, 14280, 21380, 28380 kHz and 50.130 MHz iii. Digital: Around each mode’s customary calling frequencies. 1. | BLACK SEA INTERNATIONAL BSCC (Black Sea Contest Club), Ukraine. International HF Cup of Black Sea is carried out by BSCC (Black Sea Contest Club). The aim of the competition is to make as many contacts with hams around the world as possible, especially with the radio stations from Black Sea region countries, members of BSCC, BSCC Headquarters’ station, radio clubs and the headquarters of the national amateur radio organizations - members of the IARU (HQ-stations). Eligibility: All licensed amateur radio operators worldwide Objective: To promote Black Sea HAM radio spirit by contacting as many HAMs as possible all over the World using all HF bands (excluding WARC) Date and Contest Period: The first full weekend of February, 6 February 2010 - from 12:00 to 11:59 UTC Sunday 7 Modes: CW, SSB Bands: 160 m, 80 m, 40 m, 20 m, 15 m, 10 m Recommended Contest call - "CQ Black Sea Cup" in phone or "CQ BS" in CW. |

Pagamento do FISTEL - Anatel
Sobre o pagamento da Taxa de Fiscalização, a ANATEL esclarece que enviará os boletos para pagamento, ao contrário que foi anteriormente anunciado em seu site.

Caro Seu Horácio,
A mensagem será retirada dos sistemas da Anatel, pois já estava errada desde o princípio. A nossa Gerência de Arrecadação estava pensando em não enviar os boletos de CFRP por se tratarem de débitos muito pequenos para compensar a postagem.
Felizmente, houve um acordo com o Tesouro Nacional e o Banco do Brasil que possibilitou que ambos os tributos (TFF e a CFRP) estejam colocados na mesma folha de papel e postados juntos.
Por favor, alerte a todos que puder que ambos os boletos vão na mesma folha e ambos precisam ser pagos, pois tem 2 (dois) códigos de barra independentes.
Agradecemos por nos prestar a chance de esclarecer a questão e ficamos à disposição para outras dúvidas.
